Tuesday – Anything Possible – Creative Kue #61

I guess by now you all know I love writing prompts, and Keith Channing posts a photo once a week on Mondays. You can go here and see the post http://channing.info/wp/2016/01/25/kreative-kue-61/

Here is the photo

“Hey look at that guy.”

“Which guy Mandy.”

“That guy on my left over there.”

“The guy on the skateboard with that freebee t-shirt?”

“Naw. Not that guy.”

“I still don’t see who you are pointing at.”

“The guy with the white shirt talking on the phone.”

“Oh, that guy. Yes, I see him. What’s the problem?”

“You don’t notice something odd about him?”

“Maybe I’m still looking at the wrong guy. You mean the guy with the backpack, in the white shirt, talking on the phone, walking towards us.”

“Bingo. You and I are talking about the same guy.”

“So why the interest?”

“You said it.”

“Said what?”

“You said the guy walking toward us.”

“Yeah, so?”

“Don’t you get it?”

“Get what?”

“He’s walking.”

“OMG. I didn’t notice.”

“He is the only guy I have seen in months who has no wheels. He’s walking.”

“I need to take a picture of this. Can you imagine going around like that? The people back home won’t believe it.”

  3. To see someone walking without their face in their phone would be photo worthy as well. Good job, John!

  4. I’m with Jill. It’s odd to me that he’s the only one on the phone.

      1. I admit, I did wonder what happened to you! You could edit today’s post if you like to get that ping in there. 🙂

  7. Walking is so overrated. I have been doing since I was one year old and what do I have to show for it? It is the only thing that pays less than blogging. 🙂

  8. LOL. Good one, John. I didn’t notice the guy in white at first. But I did wonder if the woman in the foreground shadows had some wheels I couldn’t see. Maybe she is in the shadows because she’s embarrassed… 😀 Hugs!

    1. Good one. I made the story work by assuming she was on roller blades (LOL) Hugs back.

      2. LOL I do it on the train all the time. And it isn’t always sleeping. Sometimes it is editing my work or handwriting a blog post.

  14. I barely noticed the guy in the back and thought you would focus on the guy on the skateboard. You pulled us into that one! I am surprised they were not all on phones. Well played!

  15. Nice one, John. Sadly, this one was taken before the advent of the (cheap Chinese) hoverboard.
