Hello, Friday. Happy to see you. Boy, it seems like it has been a month since we last ran into each other. I think “ran into” is a bit of a misnomer. More like me standing here and you coming around like you do every week. No matter I’m pleased you finally made it. What took so long anyway? Was it the number of guest posts this week? Or maybe the number of radio shows I had to get ready? Might it have even been the amount of travel over the weekend? Well, whatever, here take this margarita. The important part is you made it. Put your feet up and tell me what you have been doing for the week. Oh, I see, you’ve had a tough time and all you want to do is relax. I understand. Maybe we can talk next time. Give me back that margarita. Today’s JohnKu talks about seeing old friends. Hope you like it.

Missing an old friend,
Finally have time to talk. . .
Forgot what to say.
A post that starts with Bill Murray will always draw me in.

LOL… I absolutely love the Johnku. Funny how that often happens.
John I really need to have in-depth discussions, listening & research binges, etc with you and Olga about the radio stuff. Both of you are very active in it. I’d so like to learn more, but I’m overwhelmed as it is. Even with the so called blogging “break” i’ve been taking, I haven’t touched my novel in nearly three weeks! Then Thursday I woke up with a cold. Again. But yes — TGIF! Have a fabulous Friday — and mega hugs!

Anytime you want to talk let me know. We can set it up. Sorry about the cold. I have found Zink to be a great help (given my immune deficient body I need to watch those little virus’ carefully.) Hugs today.

Thanks for the offer John. Hopefully I can take you up on it one day before too long.
Yes, zinc is good — taking Zicam & echinacea. Colloidal silver helps me with a lot of things, so taking that too, but it’s less impressive against a cold for me (while it’s darned miraculous with other things — I healed my chronic stomach ulcers with it; accidentally saw it was helping the ulcers while intending it to help a sinus infection).

Seems to always happen. Mind goes on vacation as soon as you need it to do something that’s really important.

Not really. Probably a good thing because that’s an organ I shouldn’t be tinkering with. 🙂

You are right. In this case it was Friday who was being a pill.

Good Johnku. I don’t need a margarita today as have a cold. Have been doing plenty of relaxing the last few days as a result. If only I was on a sunny island with the waves lapping at the shore. Have a good weekend.

Lime juice is just what you need for a cold and my margarita’s are one fifth lime juice. The other stuff will make you not care if you have a cold or not. Hope you get well soon.

She experienced it as well.

A Friday margarita for my Saturday morning is quite the jolt – but seeing Bill Murray reminded me of seeing him (on TV) at last week’s PGA tournament. The man knows how to play the crowd. … plus the JohnKu made me laugh.

Great compliment. Thanks. Did you hear he threw some cell phones off the roof of the building when people got obnoxious in taking his picture?
