What were your first thoughts when you met your new parents?  Well, I was a rescue from San Antonio and my mom met me at an adoption event. She was looking at another and my thought was she looks like the kind of person who will love me forever. I went up to her and the rest is history. (My secret was giving her a kiss)

    John, for some reason I occasionally get a sign-up for email pop-up on your site. I usually do not give out my email, it’s a habit from 30 years of criminal justice work. But the thing is, there is no way to bypass the pop-up and it blocks your site. I had to use a ad-blocker to navigate around it. Just thought you would like to know, it might be costing you traffic.

      Me too. My wife volunteers for a rescue group and there are so many that need love and security. I find it difficult to understand why people can be so unfeeling when it comes to these sensitive beings. Well I’m on a soapbox now so I’ll get off. Thanks D.L
