Well, the temperature has definitely improved. High is to be 79 degrees. Time to play outside.
“Come on Twiggy, let’s play.”
“Yeah, I’m coming. Just checking on Mom.”
“What needs checking?”
“You know she loves having me around. I just want to make sure she won’t miss me.”
“I can assure you she won’t miss you. She probably welcomes a little alone time.”
“That is hard to believe, but okay. I’ll take your word.”
“look at this, Lucy. The lounges are set up.”
“Huh? I thought I saw a bird over here.”
“Look, the pillows are on the lounges. I think summer is back.”
“This is still fall, Little One. Don’t be fooled.”
“You ought to feel how soft.”
“I know I used to sleep on them.”
“Oh, yeah. They are soft, alright.”
“I thought I heard something.”
“Was it Mom crying her eyes out?”
“No. It did sound like she was laughing through.”
“Now, I’m concerned.”
“Oh, please, Little Potato. Chill out and take a nap. Mom’s fine. Probably glad to not to have you underfoot.”
“I hope she doesn’t forget me.”
“Take a nap.”
Glad to see the temps are much better. Enjoy. Dot loves her mom too.

Glad to see the deep freeze has eased up. The rain we have right now feels and sounds like someone’s aiming a full-power fire hose at the gable-end window, lol. Have a good rest of your week, John 🙂

I don’t like rain like that for sure. Hope you stay dry, Harmony.

We’re bound for the Lone Star state next week, John. Heading down to see family, so I am delighted that it’s warming up again. 😊 Love your yard and it looks like the kids do,too. My crew is the same way…pretty sure my heart will break if they are not *right* under my feet, or at the very least within my sight line. How I love these animals….

79° F is 26° C. Knock off the two and it’s the same as here today – six degrees (that’s 43° in
old moneyFahrenheit ).Keep it up, though, I shall be in Florida for a few days early next month.

Isn’t this new weather terrific?! We haven’t hit 80 in over a week and we shouldn’t for at least 5 more days!

I’m glad you put the cushions out for Twiggy, John. She looks like she approves. I thought the photo yesterday with her on the couch pillows, might have been a fluke. I hope the Producer got her Twiggy-Time.

Twiggy loves pillows. The Producer got her alone time. Twiggy time is near 100%

Those are temps I could live with … and our cats! They get cabin fever when they stuck inside. Well, Junior does. The other two just sleep. Glad the girls finally had some quality time outside and your wife had quality alone time 😉

LOL! Twiggy having a little separation anxiety. She is so cute. Hopefully, your temperatures stay nice for you and you can get out to the lounge and relax and enjoy those cushions along with the girls.

Sounds like a plan. Thanks, Deborah. Twiggy has to be with us 100% or she gets anxious.

These two are just sooo cute! Glad they got a nice day to play outside. Up here, as you remember, those are few and far between at this time of year! Your back yard is lovely — lots of work went into that, and I know you’re both glad it’s done so all can enjoy it.

We are glad. The grass is a little disappointing so the landscaper is going to wait until the spring and then see what we need to do. Maybe replace.

Hey, James Bond — that’s one cool wrist-piece. Is Molly secretly “Q”?
I think you need to reformat this post into a picture book. It’s such a lovely story. Thanks for the Thursday smiles. Hugs on the wing!
