Since today is Easter Sunday, I thought I would venture forth and see who is celebrating and how.
Here is a traditional celebration of Jesus Christ’s resurrection.
More of an Easter Bunny view. Notice the bunny on the door.
A celebration of Hazel’s birthday.
The purple house has a Day-Glo skeleton in the window. This is new, so maybe it is an expression of some kind.
A celebration of the Easter Bunny and the hatching of a dinosaur. (Novel concept)
Some giant eggs waiting to be found. (Could be part of the dinosaur theme)
I just happened to pass these lovely roses walking Twiggy and thought I would throw them in.
And here we are. A full-blown in your face wish for a Happy Easter. I hope everyone is well and safe this Easter Sunday.
Happy Easter to everyone at your house!!

Hi John. Thanks for the fun stroll. I’m still scratching my head about the skeleton. But I’ll make allowances for anybody with the sense of whimsy to have a purple house and vehicles. š š¤·āāļø
I bet they’re at odds with the people who have the green pig. š· Hugs on the wing! š š

Happy Easter to ALL of you, John! I guess the eggs and other household decor are supposed to be a substitute for new Easter bonnets, frocks, and dress suits, right?!

Happy Easter John! I find the purple house most interesting. First they chose to paint it purple, which is always a bold move. But then to add the skeleton on Easter/Passover weekend is a statement of some kind. Iād keep an eye on that house.

I really am rather fond of those big eggs. Of course, Easter eggs of every sort are high on my list — not only the ones we color or the chocolate ones, but even the old-fashioned ones with the thick, hard candy coating and the smushy marshmallow inside. You could put those babies in a yard, unwrapped, and even the dinosaur wouldn’t want them. They’re designed strictly for five-year-olds.

I remember those eggs. maybe I was five when I ate them. Thanks, Linda.

I’m so far behind. These are cheerful Easter decorations. I should have looked for some giant eggs for my granddaughters’ hunt. They walked past the eggs so often, we were all laughing that they couldn’t see what is right in front of them. Stay safe, John.
