How about a tense jungle game, Lucy?”
“Sounds fun. You the Puma and me the Watter Buffalo?”
“As usual.”
“The Puma carefully and with great skill pokes the Water Buffalo to see if it still lives.”
“Very funny. Of course, the Water Buffalo lives.”
“The Puma makes a thrust for the heart.”
“Which the buffalo stops with one stroke of the paw. . . er, hoof.”
“The Puma gives the buffalo one last chance to call it quits.”
“The buffalo whispers, “Bring it on.”
“The puma throws herself into battle.”
“The buffalo holds steady to meet the onslaught.”
“Ha, the buffalo is down for the count.”
“The buffalo calls up its reserve strength.”
“One mighty whack, and the puma is finished.”
“The puma decides to give up the fight.”
“That was fun, Lucy. I hope the folks liked it.”
“What folks are you talking about.”
“The readers. I hope you know there are readers.”
“Yeah, I do, Little one. Now, we need a drink of water.”
Too cute! Thanks for the Thursday fun, John 🙂

I love it when dogs play like that. Dot has a friend she loves playing with, especially in the dirt. Hugs to the water buffalo and the puma.

They play just like human girl children. The young one poke the bear and the older one tolerates up to a point and then puts the littlie in her place
LikeLiked by 1 person
That is about the way it goes, Robbie. Lucy is very tolerent but then she also knows when she has had enough. Thanks.

Yes, you can let them know the “folks” loved their battle. 🙂 Twiggy’s coat color seems to be changing, or maybe it’s just the angle of the lense. Thank you for sharing, as always, John!

I think it was the angle, Jan. Her coat is the same.

Well, at least they were GCI dogs like the new “Call of the Wild” movie with Harrison Ford. I hate to see CGI substituted for real dogs.

This series never fails to bring a smile. I saw a kind of parody of a Hitler movie clip where while the actors were speaking in German, the subtitles were in English and had been changed to the theme of Covid-19. It was outrageously funny. You should think of doing something like that with this series of yours.

If it is the clip where Hitler throws a tantrum, it has been used for a number of pretty funny things. Thank, Ankur.
