Thursday – A Little Personal – Lucy and Twiggy and Courage

Lucy and Twiggy

“Lucy it’s Thursday. What should we do today?”

“You know the Boss takes photos on Thursday. I guess we should stand by.”

“I’ll tell you what I’m not going to do is chase that ball. it hasn’t been washed in ages.”

“I hear you, Little One. Hey, come here there is something at the fence.”

“What is it?”

“Not sure. I have my ear on it but hard to identify.”

“I don’t see anything.”

“There is some kind of funk smell here.”

“Maybe if I go on point the thing will flush out. I learned this in Field and Stream.”

“First off you are not a pointer. Secondly, that works in a field, not our yard.”

“Okay but I think it worked. There is something in the trees.”

“I’m still thinking no tree creature could make this smell.”

“So what do we do, Lucy?”

“Look we need to remain calm. Obviously, this is a mystery.”

“Whoa. What the heck was that noise.”

“If I didn’t know better I would say Cheeta, Little one.”

“What do you mean, ‘know better? There it is again.'”

“SHUSH. We need to prepare ourselves. I think we are surrounded.”

“I don’t hear anything anymore?”

“Don’t worry. I made it up. The Boss asked me what I thought would make a good storyline.”

Lucy and Twiggy

“You had me going there. So this was just for a photoshoot?”

“Yup. Wait a minute. What’s that noise?”

Too cute, John. I always love these photo adventures with the pups. Invariably, I wonder, what are they really thinking? 😊 For sure, they are happy to make the Boss happy.

    1. Well, sometimes they have had it and totally refuse to co-operate. I have to catch them early when they had some activity going on. Yesterday their thoughts were on sounds of deer and the squirrel moving around. I was lucky to get those shots. Thanks, Gwen. 😊
