Yes kids it is Friday and as well all know, it is a day of celebration for surviving the long arduous week at the sweat shop. So you don’t need to work hard reading this post, I am going to keep it simple. A quick Haiku which talks to the week and how we all have earned a rest. It is titled:
Friday Haiku (go figure) by John W. Howell ©2014
Friday is the best,
Wonder why it took so long . . .
To reach from Monday.
Happy Friday. Hope your weekend is the best.

It feels like you are longing for monday again 🙂

All too true. I did a post a while back on who decided the workweek should be from Monday on. Why not Tuesday or even Wednesday? Of course then we’d all bitch about blue Tuesday. Thanks

I am digging the picture – enjoy your weekend. My son told me that he has only had 9 days of school this month! Due to holidays, exams and 4 days of polar vortex days. I cannot believe we have blown though January already! It is like January is as January does:)

Oh I like that.(January is as January Does) The vortex will be the curse of this month and the month of June when all the kiddies have to stay in school to make up the time. Thanks

When you get older this happens. Reminds me of the Winston Churchill joke. A member of the house was berating his drinking and made the comment that he has drunk as much to fill the room three quarters from the top. He looked up and mumbled, “so much to do, so little time.”
