Hey, I just wanted to take a moment to remind all you beautiful people to look over to the right on the sidebar. There is some interesting stuff over there and if you hang out in the reader you just might not have seen it for a while. Yes, I have a book for sale and there is a sample. Also, there are some nice folks who visit often and some badges that are worth a peek.

That blinking graphic should not have been one of the first things I looked at in the morning. My eyes keep trying to blink in synch with it.

I’m really looking forward to the next one, John. I’ve recommended My Grl to several people who like action packed stories.

  Still hung up at the Publisher. They have had it since August. They originally said May but I have had no communication with them since my last inquiry in January. I finished the third in the trilogy and a totally different book. (my fourth) I’m going to take the different book on the road since the trilogy has contractual obligations. I can’t tell you how frustrating it is to be in this position

    So frustrating, John. I understand. I’d do exactly what you’re doing, too, by taking a book without those ties directly to the public.

      One stop with an agent that wants to see it first. (I have little faith there) Then public.

      Thank you Phillip. I wish there was something I could do. This is a lesson in not being careful enough and rushing to publish. Although the publisher is a reputable house they still have all the say so and could care less about an individual author. (well, if I was on the NYT best seller list they would)

      Life never seems to stop teaching us lessons, but on the bright side: You were able to get My GRL out to the world, likely to an audience who wouldn’t have come across it otherwise!
