Friday – JohnKu- AKA TGIF

christmas shopping 2

It is Friday again and seems like these week’s go by faster and faster. I am very happy to report I have my Christmas shopping compleated. Completed shopping means I can actually look forward to the day without the usual last minute panic situation. I did give the gift ideas some thought this year and, as a result, was able to plan. Planning meant I could take advantage of shopping on the internet and not worry about the five to ten year day shipping time.

So now all I have to do is wrap the gifts and sit back and hum Christmas carols. Wait. Relaxing and enjoying just doesn’t seem normal.  Maybe I’ll worry a little about if the gifts are the right thing to get. Ahhhh that’s more like it. Today’s John Ku talks about the season.

A year between them,

The holidays wait unrushed. . .

Caught so unaware.

LOL. There must be some worry else something’s just not right! Right?
If I woke up without being worried about at least a dozen things, I’d think I had been switched into someone else’s body.

Have a fabulous Friday, John. Mega hugs!

I could not have said it better Teagan. I feel the same. Hugs and I’m going to worry about more stuff. maybe I’ll worry about the hug. Not. 🙂

Victory! Though I hear the wrapping part can be dangerous. Good luck in defeating the infamous mystery of ‘where is the end of the tape roll?’

I hit a tape end mid package. Man that piece of paper is ugly.

Don’t worry…just enjoy, John. I have to wrap and bake, then I’m done. Enjoy the weekend!

Yeah wrapping. I’m so bad at it, but the whole idea of store gift wrap takes some of the personal touch away. At least folks get a laugh.

I’m a horrible wrapper too…it’s those ends that get me. 🙂

Big stickers on each end to cover the mistakes.

Love the concept that the holiday’s wait unrushed while many crazed people are frantic.

Well, they made sure the Pats got a first round bye, so that was sweet of them, I say.

Great minds think alike John. I also got my Christmas shopping done in good time. Good luck with the wrapping. If you can successfully format a book using CreateSpace then it should be pretty simple by comparison. Have a good weekend.

You are too organized but it helps to have hints. Enjoy this great weather! We are going to see “A Christmas Carol” at the Harbor Playhouse Sat. night. That always puts me in the spirit and we make it a tradition every year.
