Friday John Ku – AKA – Black Friday

Black Friday

Well, here we are on Black Friday. Since most of the working folks have been off since yesterday, the day has new meaning.  It is our civic duty to get out there and spend till we drop. Never mind the lines, the crowds, surly clerks, fistfights, and mayhem. WE CAN SAVE SOME BUCKS TODAY. Isn’t that what it is all about? (What? You say Black Friday has been running all month? I say so what. Get out there and duke it up.) Today’s John Ku talks about tradition.

Thanks the day before,

Armor and mace for today . . .

Love our traditions.

“Armor and mace” is right! LOL. I guess I’m not much of a traditionalist any more. I think I only just realized how big the NOT in it is… Go ahead and armor up John. I only shop online. 😎 Wishing you bargains galore and a fabulous Friday. Mega hugs.

I’m not going. I have my shopping done. Like you, I do it on line. Hugs, Teagan.

My tradition is “give money”. That’s truly the gift that keeps giving. Of course, in India, it’s hard to give even that these days. I love the picture. Hilarious, John. 😀 — Suzanne

I’ve never been a Black Friday shopper. No TV, etc. is worth getting trampled…people are crazy! A quiet day at home is our tradition. Enjoy the day, John!

Proudly skipping this tradition, John. I prefer laying around and picking on leftovers.

I hate crowds as much as shopping. I give money and wash my hands.
    No tradition for me. o_O

KFC & McDonalds yes, but for better or worse Taco Bell is yet to get a foothold on these shores.

Amen, John! And ’tis so much easier to shop online — no crowds, free shipping (if you play it right), and you’re sitting at your computer anyway!!
