Yay, it is Friday. This has seemed like a long week for some reason. Maybe its the fact that I’m editing the next release. For whatever reason when I’m editing time moves very slowly. I suppose it is the need to move carefully across the words. It could also be that I don’t enjoy editing a lot. Not that I hate it but like eating mashed orange squash, I would certainly like to be doing something else.

Kicking back first sounds like an equivalent to “life is short — eat dessert first.” Maybe you could get Twiggy to help with the editing, too. She surely is good at licking away excess tidbits from dishes — maybe she could do the same with misplaced adverbs and leftover nouns!

I suppose there are plenty of things that need to be done that aren’t exactly fun. When I run across them, I try to make them fun if possible; if not, I merely grit my teeth, dig in, and try to finish them ASAP. Happy weekend to you and yours, John!

OMG! Twiggy is so friggin cute! Best of luck with the editing. I’d fail at that with an A+ if they gave grades for that. You know that’s true by all the grammar and left out words in my replies. My typing fingers never keep up with my brain. I wish you the best editing and editor ever!
