Views of the Neighborhood – Easter Decorations

Since this is Easter Sunday, it would be fun to tour the neighborhood and see if anyone has decided to decorate for Easter. We are catered by Quattro Gatti in Austin. Our entertainment is Pharrell Williams.

Let’s get on the bus
There are two giant Easter eggs.
Lovely spring flowers.
You can see an Easter basket at the top of the wreath if you squint.
Spring wreath.
Our friend, the armadillo, dressed like the Easter Bunny.
Big display for Easter.
Bunny flag with Hoppy Easter greeting.
A couple of colorful who know what.
Purple and yellow – perfect.
Look closely for the bunnies in the wreaths.
T-Rex and the Easter Bunny.
Another lovely spring wreath.
This flag says it all.
Wishing you all a happy Easter. Now we should eat and listen to the music.

  1. WOW, we are impressed, dear John. T-Rex and Easter Bunny what an idea …
Here is nothing, but I remember from my time in Germany that painted eggs were hang on branches and bushes.
    Happy Easter

  3. I love the armadillo with the bunny ears. Last night it snowed in our area – to the surprise of all. So much for Easter Egg hunts! Happy Easter, John. 🐰

  4. Your neighborhood decorations are pretty festive. I saw one of those dinosaur inflatibles…can someone explain why dinosaurs are featured? They were in the Christmas ones and now the Easter ones. I don’t get it. Hope you’ve had an ‘egg-ceptional’ Easter. 🐣

  6. Love the armadillo. There’s a house I pass on the way to the gym where they keep a couple skeletons on a park bench in the yard. They’re really for Halloween, of course, but they’re also decorated for other holidays. They sported bunny ears when I passed by on Saturday.

  7. Some good ones, John and a couple that leave me wondering.

I’m a day late, but if there’s any tortellini alla Panna leftover, I’ll toss some in the microwave.
