Thursday – A Little Personal – Twiggy Helps Tempeste Cope

“Tempeste I think nap time is over.”

“I was just having a nice dream.”

“There is always more time for dreaming. It’s time for play.”

“I hear something from the garage.”

“That’s silly. There is nothing in the garage. Mom is at the store.”

“Could she be back already? I still hear it. I’m afraid. Could you go and check?”

“For heaven’s sake. Sure, I’ll check, but I’m telling you it’s nothing.”

“I will feel better if you do that.”

“Okay I’ve checked. It’s the washing machine. ”

“Are you sure?”

“Yes, I’m sure. Come check and see for yourself.”

“Okay, as long as it is safe. “Whew, that rainbow could use a wash.”

“What did I say?”

“I just needed to see for myself. Yes, It’s the washing machine.

“Now that we have settled that. How about a game with Rainbow?”

“I’m not too sure about Rainbow. Seems a little funky to me.”

“Whoa. I think Rainbow has been a little overplayed.”

“That is my thought as well.”

“What now?”

“I’m still hurting from that delivery last week. You know, the one we didn’t hear.”

I talked to mom about that. That package was delivered early in the morning before we were all up, and she brought it in later.”

“So we are not losing our skills?”

“Heavens no. It was a fluke, and you should forget about it.”

“I guess that is good advice. I would hate to think barking some delivery person to St. Louis would be a thing of the past.”

“Trust me. Not going to happen.”

“Okay, then let’s go out back and run a ball nuts.”

“Perfect. I’ll call for the doorman.”

Just a note: the ‘snow’ seriously slows your page, both scrolling and typing. I noticed it on another blog and wondered if it was anomalous, but it’s the same here. Of course, it could be my browser; I didn’t check a different one.

On the other hand, wouldn’t this pair have fun if they had some snowflakes to catch? They’d probably catch more snowflakes than delivery people, and Snow doesn’t make those mysterious noises — unless it brings its friend Wind along with it!

The Producer agrees with you and I have eliminated the snow. She didn’t like it from the beginning and since it slows the loading it has to go. I’m glad you mentioned it. 😊

First off, do the girls realize what s beautiful home they live in:? All that space to roam around in? A Great Dane would kill it live there. And napping must be amazing in all that light. I’m just saying since French women are naturally entitled.

And I see they’ve really turned into partners in crime. Maybe someone better warn the washer machine.

The washer is on high alert to keep it down. They do love their space since 100% of it is dedicated to their welfare. What they really enjoy is when the sun casts a few rays for the best naps. Thanks Susannah.
