Sunday – Fifty-Two Views of the Gulf

Today’s view of the Gulf has a bit more optimism in it as opposed to previous photos. The sun is out, and a camper has spent the night without getting drenched.

Compare to last week (below) the weather is fine indeed. Also, there is a couple of morning glories, who have decided to brave the sun and make an appearance.  The camper is not supposed to be there since the rules require them to be in an area that has portable toilets. I don’t want to tell anyone since I do not wish a portable toilet at the bottom of the dune walkover.

Yup. Used our dune as a porta potty.

It’s very cool that the flowers can be buried by sand and return the next week.

Looks like the people from last week ran out on their kids and left them in tents. 😀 😀

I cannot understand these campers’ thinking. o_O

        Great to see you laugh.
Too bad the weather didn’t turn and big waves wash out their tents as they slept. 😀

I could feel the ocean breeze on my face. Yes, it is a more optimistic view. Enjoy — and hugs!

Yesh. You need something to encourage campers to move on the the next dune. Poison Ivy?

Such an inviting path from the camera lens to the shoreline. I couldn’t blame folks for seeing such a wealth of beauty and deciding they were incapable of moving lest they never come across such a picturesque scene again.

I wish this were my backyard. I could definitely go for a dip right about now.

Gee, I’m not sure I’d relish strangers camping right outside my door, John! I mean, the view is lovely, but that home-on-wheels kind of spoils the scene.

No kidding. We have won a city ordinance which forbids such a thing, but the cops have yet to start enforcement.
