Views of the Neighborhood

Here are a few photos that should serve as a catch-up kind of post. The reason this situation has occurred is my Producer is out of town for puppy pick up duty. Usually, she has investigated what is going on in Port Aransas and sets up the shooting schedule. Well left to my own devices you can see what happens. We all miss the Producer I’m sure.

Easter weekend on the beach

Looking North, this looks much like Spring Break. There is a difference most of these people are adults.

Same kind of scene looking south.

The kites were out in force.

A couple of more beauties.

Notice there are no police cars. Mostly families enjoying the sun.

full moon

Full moon last night.

View of the neighborhood

Finally, a shot of a storm over the Gulf taken last September but I never ran it. (this is called filler)

Loved the filler and the kites. Your photos are always fun to see, even if the producer is out of town. I can’t wait to see the puppy photos that are sure to visit your site. Happy Easter! 🙂

I’m hearing the only problem with puppy pictures is she won’t stay still long enough to get one. 😀

Thanks for the views, John. The sense of calm is welcome today, even if, elsewhere in PA, things are hopping. Looking forward to pictures of Twiggy. Happy Easter.

Much calmer than spring break although it still hurts my sensibilities to see automobiles on the lovely sand.

I always got a kick out of the Port A kites. Fun to see them again — if your winds have been anything like ours, the kite flyers should be happy. I enjoyed the last photo, too. You can call it filler if you like, but I call it fabulous. Happy Easter!

Thanks, Linda. I watched a guy trying to launch a kite with no tail. It finally spun in and he walked it to the trash barrel. LOL

Much better that these are adults and families rather than rowdy college kids! I can’t get over how BLUE your skies are. Yes, I know you get stormy gray days, too, but we’d sure appreciate it if you’d send us just a wee bit of that warmth!
