“San Antonio? How come so far?”
“Bailey was pretty sick, little one. She had to be transported to the clinic there. She wasn’t getting better on the treatment locally.”
“Is she okay?”
“She will be ready to play with you.”
“How can we play when you still have your mouth on my toy?”
“When Bailey gets home. I’ll let go. You know you can always release.”

I’m so glad to hear that Bailey is getting better. I like Twiggy’s attitude and Lucy’s perseverance. Seems like the old girl is going to win. I’m imagining Twiggy in motion and Lucy slow and steady.

Ah ha, well to this Brit those pictures seem to mirror our press’s comments on the mid terms and the nature of political discourse. Or perhaps the middle east in microcosm. Or two rather splendidly stubborn pups. My jaws ache merely scrolling down the page.
Btw I love the comments re Bailey. It feels like the modern day equivalent of a health bulletin posted outside the palace giving an update on the condition of the Queen and her subjects reactions to it. ‘We are delighted’. Be good to have her back in the frame, John.
