Kale & Apple Salad – Honey crisp apple, arugula, white Cheddar, honey pecans, market vinaigrette
Ahi Tuna Poke Salad – Romaine, Iceberg, snap peas, Fresno, ginger vinaigrette.
Spinach & Avocado Caesar Salad– Shaved Parmesan, Greek yogurt dressing, whole lemon vinaigrette
Chopped Romaine Hearts Salad: Rotisserie chicken, avocado, tomato, bacon, scallion, black beans, Bleu cheese, and Cobb dressing.
Brush Creek Wagyu Burger – Lettuce, white cheddar, tomato, onion, special sauce & shoestring fries
Chicken Club – Peppered bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, peppercorn aioli, brioche bun & shoestring fries
Toasted Grilled Cheese Sandwich – Aged white Cheddar, Havarti, Parmesan, arugula apple salad.

I don’t know how to critique art, but there are some I really like. Too bad my walls are full at the moment, so I’ll stay in the hot tub and enjoy my grilled cheese when it gets delivered!

Gosh… I am thrilled to have so much NEW artwork with which to decorate my abode! Along with the ceramics I just couldn’t pass up… Thank goodness for an over-flowing bank account!

I think one of those succulents has my name on it, John! The paintings display such variety in style and color, and the ceramic pieces seem to rival the stuff you can buy in stores. Hope it was a great success!

I’ll have the Toasted Grilled Cheese Sandwich and Ahi Tuna Poke Salad please. The art looks beautiful. The photos are great. It looks like a great time. For a second I thought you really had Anna Kendrick and Justin Timberlake there but then I realized it was a recording.
