Today, we are visiting the Lakeway Municipal Utility District (LMUD) for an open house and to check out the seed library. LMUD had an open house on Earth Day, and through the miracle of the time clock, we can go back and take a look. We are catered by Stella San Jac of Austin. Our entertainment is Simon and Garfunkel

I’m liking that seed library idea. Education for Nature is primary in sustaining an ecosystem around humans.

What a wonderful idea. I love this and wish more communities did something similar. That menu looks awesome, it would be hard for me to pick. Thanks for the moving version of Bridge Over Troubled Waters.

And I probably would try the Fried Avocado Salad – I do love avocados.

I love this! And it’s timetly because the book I am reading/listening to, is about a seed vault in Antarctica. Your town is just too cool.
