“Twiggy. Wake up. That thing is here again.”
“Uh. Please let me nap. That thing is always somewhere.”

“But not right here in our sanctuary.”
“Yeah, only once a week.”

“I don’t trust it. It makes a weird noise.”
“It is picking up dirt and hair.”

“Look, it wants me to move. I think it should move.”
“Don’t be a baby. Just get out of the way.”

“Okay, but only cause you say so.”
“Oh, brother. Next, you’ll want to give it a panther treatment.”

“Good idea. The panther gets into its striking position.”
“I hope that thing doesn’t have an electrified defense system.”

“Wait. You think it might?”
“You never know. If I were an AI machine, you better believe I would have a zapper like nobody’s business.”

“There’s Dad. I’m going to ask him.”
“That’s a good idea.”

“Dad. Does that bot have a shocking defense system?”
“I can’t imagine where you got that idea, but her initials are Twiggy. No defense systems at all.”

“Then it’s okay for me to give it a panther lesson?’
” I wouldn’t do that. Although it has no systems of its own, it is under the protective cover of Mom.”
“Say no more. That’s even more powerful than a shock.”
“Smart dog.”

Third from the bottom is a great action shot.

Thank you, Gwen. Yes, the kibble source has more power than the electric company. 😀

Young ladies… you have just given me a great idea. I do believe that I should have one of these at home and then enjoy observing how our 3 kitties react!!! carry on xx

Kitties tend to like them once they get used to them. Thanks, Miss Annette. 😀

It is. It also talks, too. “Cleaning dustbin” or “Cleaning mops.” Drives Tempeste up the wall sometimes.

Lol! Smart dog, indeed. I’m quite sure these gadgets are confusing to animals. 🙂 Too cute, these two! Twiggy’s wisdom wins the award every time.

Love how Twiggy is so chill and Tempeste is ready to attack. Great closeup of her!

Thanks, Teri. Sometimes she is hard to photograph.

In the third from last photo, the optical illlusion is that Tempeste has turned the gizmo into a frisbee. I suspect that if she could, she would.

Ha ha ha. Great observation, Linda. Didn’t see that before your comment.

Of course, folks might get bored with the story. Maybe a costume for the thing.

It’s nice to see the girls dealing with the robot vacuum, John, and it’s great that they respect Mom so much that they won’t attack it.

They are so cute! I love how Twiggy doesn’t move–just lets out these pearls of wisdom and lets Tempeste digest them.

So Tempeste has a healthy fear of confronting the Mom! What a face on her – delightful! And Twiggy – up to her old tricks!
They make me laugh every week!

Thank you, Monika. Tempeste is very quiet when she is in that position. I think she is trying to focus.

My favorite line…“Look, it wants me to move. I think it should move.” The robot/Tempeste stand-off waiting to see, who blinks first. Gotta love how laid back Twiggy is…she’s seen it all. 🙂

I love that last photo of Tempeste — what an expression! And she’s very clever, thinking of the Panther game. Of course, I don’t have one of those robots, but I’d love to see what the Monk would do with it. He goes crazy when I bring out a hair dryer, so I suspect he’d bark up a storm with a moving, rumbling disk like that!
