Being a simple person I really liked the little red truck. The weiner dog was cute too. Do you and The Producer partake in this frivolity at your domicile ?

Derrick in the UK has an anonymous someone who crochet mailbox toppers. Yours are more varied and sit atop individual mail boxes as opposed to a common mailbox where letters are deposited.

I have a collection of ‘when pigs fly’ figurines. These are wonderful. Surely they wouldn’t notice if they ‘flew away’ one day…**sending my address under separate cover** 😂🐷

That was a fun little jaunt. I love the horned toad. When I was a kid they were everywhere. Now they are rarely seen.

Like Resa said, no mailboxes like this anywhere here. Those of us who still have door-to-door delivery, have one attached to the house (mostly). All the new developments have to go to a central box.

We had a central box on the coast. It was okay. I used to go get the mail in our golf cart.

Nice to see people still have mailboxes – and toppers to decorate. Here in Toronto, personal mail delivery ended years ago, almost all streets have community mailboxes now to save the mailmen their exercise. 😁

It’s a workout! I put my spikes on my boots, bundle up, grab my walking pole and go. It’s a drudgery at first but, then it’s great being out in the crisp air, seeing the white snow all over the place. and hearing the icy crunch under my feet. It can be magical…sometimes. 😊
