A very talented artist. Thanks for the Foundations too. Have a super Sunday. (and watch for Tempeste stealing things from your desk, the little noodle)

She loves to do that. I have a tattered haircut coupon that still displays the code.(lucky me)

The joys of having these fur babies. I came out of the shower one day to find the insides of a throw pillow all over the living room. I thought it had snowed inside at first. I know it was Lia as Dot has never done anything like that.

All the food sounded great, but I’ll have to get the pork ribs, please.

Love the artwork (if it was in my limited price range). Also very impressed with the different flavoring to the barbecue. (Not what I was expecting in Texas.) You do find great places to tour., John.

I’m guessing you may be part of the keep Austin weird crowd because from the very limited way I think I may know at least the blogger part of you, you seem more open to ideas than some other Texans that have appeared in TV in the past few years. I realize to even imply I have a sense of at least part of your total, is conjurative at best

You are somewhat right. I have an open mind, but do keep my opinions mostly to myself.

Had to giggle about Tempeste’s crumpling of the paper. The Monk has done the same thing. I still have a business card from the piano tuner that Monk chomped on. What is it with paper anyway??
I’m the last person to feel comfortable critiquing an artist, but I know what I like — and Ms. Pena’s brilliantly colored pieces are delightful. Such a feast for the eyes!

I’m not sure what the attraction is with paper. Tempeste has chewed up a bunch, let me tell you. 😀

PS Fab shots. Was there glass over the art?

There was no glass, but they were all framed. I cropped out the frames since they were distracting. I also took the photos, avoiding the glare from the lights. 😊X

Nice! Not having glass makes it 1 step easier to take pics of art.
Nice work, John! 🐂

The only one with glass was Stevie Vaughn. I had to use some editing to get the glare out of the final. Thank you, Resa 🐖
