“I’m picking essence of rhinoceros.”
“You have gotta be kidding me.”
“No, I’m quite serious.”
“The last time I looked, there have been no Rhinos here.”
“How can you be so certain?”
“Because they live in Africa, not Texas.”
“Who’s to say one or two haven’t jumped on a boat and snuck into Texas?”
“I think you have an active imagination.”
“That may be. What if I told you I’m picking up a giraffe, too.”
“I would say you have been reading too many books on animals.”
“Well, laugh if you must. Don’t come to me if you get run over by a Rhino.”
“To prevent that I think it’s time for a nap.”
“I could sure use one too.”
“Rhinoceros indeed.”
“Don’t say I haven’t warned you.”
Imaginations are great things, young ladies… perhaps a rhino shall visit soon (side note to dad to check the stuffed animal department of Amazon) xx

Essence of rhinoceros is quite distinct and while I would be dubious, I cannot outright dismiss her assertion. I think she added giraffe just to drive the point home.

Awww, precious little Tempeste…your refreshing outlook on the possibilities in life is quite adorable. I know Twiggy is so well grounded but come on, sweetie…cut the little one a bit of slack as she experiences life in a “potato, potahto” way of seeng things.

It’s funny, but when I look back at Lucy and Twiggy’s interactions, I can see some similarities between Lucy’s reactions to Twiggy and now Twiggy’s reactions to Tempest.
